Q Delivery
A EC have a professional transportation team,if you have no designated delivery agent,we will arrange delivery for you as soon as production is completed.For our lead time,usually is 30days.for some items that needed to develop new moulds, the time will be a little more,that will be 45 days.

Q Payment？
A EC usually accept 30% TT at advance,70%TT before shipment.But for below 5000usd, we only accept 100% payment when we comfirm our order.

Q Packaging？
A EC hardware Limited can supply polybag packing,white box ,color box, blister packing,and so on, If you have other requirement, we can make your design according your demands.

Q Quality？
A EC hardware limited mainly export goods to high requirement markets, our products have SGS salty test report. EC quality can bring clients more confident on door hardware business,and help you to consolidate your market share.

Q How could I receive the goods?
A AFor sample order or small quantity order, we suggest to deliver by express,such as DHL, FedEx, EMS. For urgent order, but many goods, we suggest to deliver by air.
For large batch order, it is better to deliver by ocean. No matter which way you choose, our partner, one of the best forwarders in Jiangmen would provide you the best services with best price.
