National Bureau of Statistics: November 2019 CPI rose 4.5% year-on-year

In November, cities rose 4.2% and rural areas rose 5.5%; food prices rose 19.1%, non-food prices rose 1.0%; consumer prices rose 6.5%, and service prices rose 1.2%.
