Kazakhstan: approves new "simple goods economy" development mechanism

     Nursultan, kazakhstan, May 28 (xinhua) -- a meeting of the kazakh government studied the issue of developing the "simple goods economy" and promoting the export of non-raw materials, according to the kazakh prime minister's information bureau.

     The program office revised the production development plan for mass consumer goods to reduce the share of imports of "simple goods economy" goods from 59% to 37% by 2025, raising tax revenues by 1.1 trillion tenge.
