Japan: Will usher in the price surge of food and beverage

According to the Japan News Agency, due to rising logistics costs and raw material prices, companies can't afford to cut costs. From March, Japan's daily foods such as ice cream and fish and clam products will increase in price. After April, the prices of various drinks and foods such as milk, yoghurt and large bottled drinks will also rise. Coupled with the increase in the consumption tax in October, the cost of living for the Japanese people may be under tremendous pressure.
