Instagram will launch an independent shopping APP

Facebook's Instagram will launch a separate shopping app to further expand its built-in shopping service. The app, possibly named "IS Shopping," will be closely tied to the Instagram social platform, the brand merchant that sells the product, the account the user is looking at in Instagram.
