New Deal: Comprehensive Bonded Zone gradually applies cross-border retail import policy

   Today, the State Council Information Office’s regular briefing session announced that the Customs Administration’s recent consultations with 14 departments including the State Administration of Taxation, “Several Opinions on Promoting High Level Openness and High Quality Development of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone” will be officially issued and 21 specific measures will be launched. Create five major centers to promote the development of China's comprehensive bonded zones from all angles.

     As a special customs supervision area, the comprehensive bonded area is the forerunner of China's open economy development and the transformation and upgrading of processing trade. It has played an important role in undertaking international industrial transfer, promoting coordinated regional economic development, promoting foreign trade and expanding employment.

     The “Opinions on Promoting High Level Openness and High Quality Development of Comprehensive Bonded Zones” will be clearly stated: the construction goal of China's comprehensive insurance zone is to create five centers for processing and manufacturing, R&D and design, logistics distribution, inspection and maintenance and sales services. 21 specific measures to promote the upgrading and development of China's comprehensive bonded zone in all aspects and at various angles.
