According to the Gulf Times report on April 3, the World Trade Organization (WTO) released the latest data, the United Arab Emirates is still the largest import and export trade of goods and services in the Middle East and North Africa region in 2018. Saudi Arabia has become the only country in the Gulf region to rank among the top 30 in the world in terms of trade in goods except the UAE. In 2018, it exported 199 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 1.5% of global exports.
