Resource tax in September next year

      On August 26, the thirteenth session of the 12th meeting of the standing committee of the National People's Congress voted through a resources tax law of the People's Republic of China, and will take effect on September 1, 2020.

      Resources tax law unification tax items, adjusting specific tax authority, tax policies and norms.In addition, the resources tax law explicitly will pilot levy a tax on water resources.
