Global: Japan and South Korea trade friction impact semiconductor industry chain

    Japan launched export control of semiconductor and display raw materials to South Korea in early July.

    Recently, Ma Taiying, an economist at Singapore DBS Group Holdings, pointed out that the impact of this incident on the electronics supply chain in Asia should not be underestimated. 

    Moody's also believes that if the production of Korean enterprises is interrupted, it will seriously affect technology companies and electronics manufacturers, including global supply chains and Japanese companies.
