The United States withdraws from the UPU, express + US post or the road to resolution

On October 17, US time, the White House announced that the United States will start the process of withdrawing from the Universal Postal Union. The move is a major blow to cross-border e-commerce logistics products for postal parcels. The US media said that the price of a one-pound parcel in the United States is about 10-20 dollars, and from China to the US it may cost only 2.5 dollars.

Nowadays, many postal parcels in China's cross-border e-commerce logistics market are transported by means of "Express + US domestic postal products" or "SMART PARCEL". The U.S. withdrawal from the UPU has little effect on the parcels of this part of the logistics channel.
