Philippines: two IT special economic zones will be created in the greater Manila area

Philippine President rodrigo duterte approved the creation of two IT special economic zones (sezs) in the greater Manila region on Monday, in a bid to attract foreign investors in business process outsourcing (bpo) and provide more job opportunities.
